Cossey is a former skydiving instructor who made the 4 parachutes delivered to D.B. Suspicions immediately aroused looking for a connection between Cossey's death and the Norjak case, but the authorities promptly denied it. Cossey's statements were controversial, but at one point he spoke of a "Paradise" sail, a subliminal message aimed at correctly indicating (intentionally or not) the identity of D.B. Cooper in Slave Collector for the Afterlife Zodiac Killer George Hill Hodel. Cossey was certainly able to identify the parachutes, probably through the fabric and the serial number. The 192 is a reference to the rape and torture and killing of Phan Thi Mhao on Hill 192 in Vietnam on November 19, 1966, as part of Operation Phoenix, while the location of Cossey's death is a few miles away from the Paradise Valley Conservation Area and Paradise Lake. Despite a reward of $1000 in favor of whoever admitted to being the sender, no one showed up, fueling the suspicions that, due to Dante's law of retaliation, the Zodiac completed the collection of slaves for the afterlife, even more so if the surname Cossey was born in Essex (source: https://www.houseofnames.com/cossey-family-crest ), which represents the character name of Charlie Chan and Treasure Island who commits suicide out of fear of Dr. Zodiac in Scorpio version. With Hodel officially dead in 1999, unless his death is simulated, one can only border on the paranormal with the transfer of the soul into another body, which he may have learned based on Marpa during his long stay in Asia (source: https:/ /www.jstor.org/stable/536854 ). Nonostante una ricompensa di $1000 a favore di chi ammettesse di essere il mittente, nessuno si è fatto vivo, alimentando i sospetti che per la legge dantesca del contrappasso abbia Zodiac completato la collezione di schiavi per l’aldilà, a maggior ragione se il cognome Cossey è nato nell’Essex (fonte: https://www.houseofnames.com/cossey-family-crest ), che rappresenta il nome del personaggio di Charlie Chan e l’isola del tesoro che si suicida per paura del Dr. Zodiac in versione “Scorpio”. Con Hodel ufficialmente morto nel 1999, salvo simulazione della sua morte non si può che sconfinare nel paranormale con il transfert dell’anima in un altro corpo, che potrebbe aver appreso basandosi su Marpa durante la sua lunga permanenza in Asia (fonte: https://www.jstor.org/stable/536854 ). L’alternativa è che qualcun altro (magari presentandosi a casa di Cossey con un paracadute, effettivo di D.B. Cooper o meno) abbia agito in nome e per conto di Cooper stesso, connettendosi a lui tramite i rituali della Golden Dawn di collegamento coi morti.
