Watch Dogs 2 is a gaming evolution from the first chapter, as the plot focuses much more on global surveillance imposed by Dusan Nemec’s CTOS in addition to the NSA and Bellwether (acronym for Blackwater), based on spying on people through the excuse of fighting crime while in reality it’s all about control and marketing.
