OPERATION DARK WINTER

#OperationDarkWinter is the name of bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted in June 2001 that involved the use of a biological weapon against citizens. The #simulation took place in #OklahomaCity and was organized by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (founded by the Jesuit Georgetown University), the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies, the ANSER
